In order to perform activities and professional activities within its competence that require a greater degree of independence, the University organizes:

• Center for International Cooperation,
• Center for Continuing Education, Career Monitoring and Cooperation with the Economy,
• Publishing Center.

Some of the mentioned Centers have already affirmed themselves through their work and have implemented a large number of activities, such as the Center for Publishing and partly the Center for International Cooperation, while other centers have yet to find their true affirmation.

UThe internal organization of the university center, the manner of work and management, as well as the manner of performing professional, administrative and technical tasks, are regulated by a rulebook issued by the Senate.

The activity of the centers is realized in accordance with the work program of the center, and the services that a certain center provides to other users are determined by a contract concluded with the user of services. Contracts related to the activities of the center are concluded by the director, ie the rector of the University.

Depending on the amount of financial resources available to the University, and based on the power of attorney of the Rector or Director of the University, certain tasks related to the activities of the center can be concluded by the head of the center.
