Within the Bijeljina University there is a publishing center and under whose auspices scientific and professional publications and serial publications are published. In its work so far, the Center has published several editions of monographs of University teachers, a serial publication of the University Journal "Akademski pregled", regular editions of Proceedings of Scientific Meetings organized by the Faculty of Agriculture and the Faculty of Psychology.

The publishing center is also open for publishing scientific and professional publications of persons who are not engaged at the University.

The Center is managed by the Head of the Center appointed by the University Senate.
