The Senate of the Bijeljina University is an academic and professional body chaired by the rector, which also includes vice-rectors, deans of faculties and student representatives. Pursuant to the legal provisions, the Senate decides on academic issues, and performs other tasks determined by the Law. The University Senate is in the following convocation:
