According to the members of the Statute of the Bijeljina University , the Vice-Rector for Scientific Work and International Relations performs the following activities:

• Proposes a way of achieving international relations,
• Assists the Rector in matters related to scientific work and international relations of the University,
• Takes measures to implement the decisions of the University Senate, the Rector and the Board of Directors regarding scientific work and international relations,
• Performs other tasks determined by this Statute and other acts of the University or entrusted to him by the Rector.
