The Psychological Research Laboratory of the Bijeljina University was formed with the aim of introducing students to the field of scientific research by conducting various experimental-type research on existing software. The laboratory is open for every kind of initiation and creation of new ideas, research, proposals, not only for students of the Faculty of Psychology, but also for other members of the Bijeljina University , but also in the city of Bijeljina and the Republic of Srpska.

The head of the laboratory is a teacher mentor who guides students and encourages them to come up with research results on their own.
