VISION

Based on the results achieved so far and new business goals, the University has defined a new vision: the vision of the University is to become one of the leaders in the higher education space in the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

MISSION

The mission of the University is to enable the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and competencies, primarily for candidates from Semberija and the surrounding regions, then the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina and from other interested countries.

 

GOALS

The Bijeljina University achieves its mission through basic strategic goals:

  1. Continuous improvement of the quality of study programmes, their revision and introduction of new ones, as well as harmonization and adoption of existing and new regulations and procedures in accordance with changes in legal regulations,
  2. Continuous increase in the number of enrolled students, the number of graduates and the decrease in the number of students leaving studies,
  3. Ensuring the competence and quality of teachers and associates, as well as increasing the quality of the teaching process,
  4. Increasing the scope and quality of scientific research and international relations,
  5. Development of infrastructural resources of the University and improvement of the quality of its own teaching literature - publishing activity,
  6. Increasing the intensity of cooperation with business partners, the community and expanding the capacity to conduct students' internships,
  7. Improving the quality of information analysis and processing, as well as the obligation to inform all stakeholders.

The University of Bijeljina was established by the College of Health Care Bijeljina, based on the Consent of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska.

The mission of the University is to enable the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and competencies, primarily for candidates from Semberija and surrounding regions, then the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina and from other interested countries. That is, performing educational scientific research and knowledge transfer in the economy.
