COMMITTEE FOR INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION OF THE UNIVERSITY

Based on Article 11 of the Rulebook on International Cooperation of the University, the Committee for International Cooperation of the University has the following responsibilities:

 

  • Adopts an annual plan for international cooperation and mobility;
  • Responsibility for the implementation of the University's Internationalization Strategy;
  • Provides expert opinion on the co-financing of international projects and programs of international cooperation;
  • Provides expert opinion on cooperation with other higher education institutions and institutions, and on concluding international institutional agreements;
  • Provides expert opinion regarding the internationalization of the curriculum and joint study programs;
  • Provides expert opinion on the organization of international scientific conferences and the participation of teaching staff abroad in scientific and professional conferences;
  • Determining the list of institutions with which exchange programs of teaching, administrative staff and students should be carried out;
  • Other issues in the field of international cooperation.

About us

The University of Bijeljina was established by the College of Health Care Bijeljina, based on the Consent of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska.

The mission of the University is to enable the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and competencies, primarily for candidates from Semberija and surrounding regions, then the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina and from other interested countries. That is, performing educational scientific research and knowledge transfer in the economy.
