Proof of concordance
The study program is harmonized with modern world trends and the state of the profession and science of health care. The study program of nursing is in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the International Council of Nurses and the European Federation of Nurses regarding the basic requirements and structure of the process of accreditation of educational programs in the field of health care.
The program was developed in accordance with the European guidelines for higher education reform contained in the Bologna Declaration (introduction of the European Credit Transfer System, promotion of student and teaching staff mobility, adoption of a new study structure) and the Lisbon Convention (refers to mutual recognition of higher education qualifications in the European region).
The study program of nursing is comparable with the programs of similar institutions in Europe, USA and Canada in terms of duration of academic studies, total number of hours of theoretical and practical teaching, form of teaching, scope of studies (expressed through ECTS), existence of compulsory and elective courses. in Slovenia, Poland, Bulgaria).
