The outcome of the learning process

Outcome of the learning process:

Upon completion of basic academic studies, students gain basic knowledge of psychology as a science and profession, understand basic psychological concepts, the dependence of psychological processes on the biological basis, know the scientific system of psychology, basic paradigms in psychology and theoretical directions, conditions and principles of psychological personality development and socialization factors. as well as methods of scientific research and procedures of construction and evaluation of psychological measuring instruments. They know the basic models, theories, approaches, methods and techniques of work in clinical, educational and organizational psychology. After mastering the study program of psychology, students acquire competencies for the application of theoretical knowledge, special skills and standards of professional communication during the performance of professional and scientific activities.

Learning process outcomes:

  1. adoption of knowledge and fundamental concepts of psychology and understanding of psychology as a science and profession,
  2. training for the design of psychological research and the application of statistical procedures,
  3. acquiring skills for project assignments,
  4. participation in the development of measuring instruments,
  5. application of efficient procedures in the education system (school achievement, teaching and learning methods, instructions in pedagogical work),
  6. adoption of educational standards, educational competencies and content,
  7. application of psychological knowledge in the fields of organization and management of human resources,
  8. development of research skills in the field of marketing and planning,
  9. mastering the skills of psychological preventive work,
  10. acquisition of the skill of psychological exploration of personality through the process of clinical assessment,
  11. ability to interpret test material and data integration in the form of psychological findings,
  12. ability to apply therapeutic interventions,
  13. creative approach and solving certain psychological problems,
  14. connecting basic knowledge from various fields of psychology and their application in practice,
  15. development of skills and abilities in the use of knowledge for practical problem solving,
  16. ability and skills to critically design and research problems in various conditions,
  17. ability to analyze the results of related disciplines,
  18. ability to assess problems, make decisions and set goals,
  19. ability to analyze, synthesize and predict solutions and consequences of various forms of behavior,
  20. development of communication skills and cooperation with domestic and international professional circles,

  23. solving specific psychological problems within team work,
  24. monitoring and application of innovations in psychology,
