Conditions for enrolling students in the study program

In accordance with social needs, candidates are enrolled in regular integrated academic studies of the first cycle if they meet the conditions of the Competition: 

  • Completed secondary education (a person who has completed four years of secondary education may enroll in the first year of basic studies. A person who has completed secondary school abroad may enroll in studies provided that his / her certificate or diploma has been validated by the competent ministry).
  • Proof of psychophysical ability.
  • Passed the entrance test.

The candidate who applies for enrollment in the first year of basic studies takes the entrance exam, in accordance with the general act passed by the Senate, at the proposal of the faculty-organizational unit (Faculty of Pharmacy). The order of candidates for enrollment in the first year of undergraduate studies is determined on the basis of the general success achieved in secondary education and the results achieved at the entrance exam. Based on the above criteria, the Faculty compiles a ranking list of registered candidates and submits them to the University.

The competition for enrolling students at the Faculty of Pharmacy is public and is published in the media. The text of the competition is also available on the University's website: www.ubn.rs.ba

The following can be enrolled in the first year of basic studies without an entrance exam: 

  1. a person who has acquired higher education in academic studies of the first degree;
  2. a student of basic studies of another university, ie another higher education institution, who has achieved a sufficient number of ECTS credits in the study program at another university, ie at another higher education institution, under the conditions prescribed by the faculty; 

The Teaching-Scientific Council of the Faculty decides on the recognition of passed exams.

The University of Bijeljina was established by the College of Health Care Bijeljina, based on the Consent of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska.
